Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $20/hour

Experience: Prior customer service experience preferred.

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Guest Check-In Desk Attendant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Greet and assist guests during cruise terminal check-in.
2. Scan identification and passports using an iPad system.
3. Process guest check-ins accurately and efficiently.
4. Provide customer service support and answer guest questions.
5. Follow detailed instructions and check-in procedures.
6. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand.
7. Support team operations during high-volume check-in periods.

Position Requirements:

1. Ability to use an iPad and basic technology tools.
2. Ability to attend required in-person training sessions.
3. Ability to comply with strict grooming and uniform standards.
4. Strong communication and listening skills.
5. Professional and polished demeanor.
6. Reliable and detail-oriented.
7. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
